Interconnection & Access Professional

• Co-ordinate and support regulatory projects related with interconnection and access, including issues related with FTTH and transmission cables etc.
• Facilitate CITC communications, complaints and directives in coordination with appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Draft official communications to CITC, MoCIT and other government bodies.
• Participate in the development and review of Mobily’s Reference Interconnection Offers and Services.
• Participate in negotiations with other carriers, and the review of routine interconnection and services agreements.
• Participate in the review of instructions and consultation papers regarding interconnection and costing.
• Monitor anti-competitive actions of other carriers and report that to CITC.
• Support internal and external reporting requirements especially Etisalat reports and Audit reports.
• Supporting in relationship building and lobbying with Government bodies and OLOs etc.
• Perform other duties as required by higher levels of supervision.
