Experience:

Minimum 15 years TA experience.
Minimum 10 years as senior or lead Turnaround Planner.
Minimum 2 full cycle major TA’s as full fulltime TA lead Engineer.

Key Responsibilities1. Follow EHS&S rules, policies, and expectations.2. Assists with QA/QC/EHS&S compliance audits on site-procedures and EHS&S-
Plans.3. Implement and manage EHS&S rules, policies, and expectations in the TA teams.
4. Implement and manage TA Work Processes.
5. Compliance, implementation and fostering of STWP.
6. Actively participate as the facilitator of the Turnaround team.
7. Provide the highly efficient Turnaround performance with respect to EH&S, asset
utilization, and preparation, execution, and closure costs.
8. Assure application of best practices and lessons learned.
9. Interface with partners to define the scope of work and determine priorities.
10. Measure work process efficiency and output and intervene to correct and
optimize.
11. Coordinate site integration issues for the Turnaround.
12. Provide and efficiently use information on all Turnaround cost.
13. Control cost and timing of the Turnaround to meet Turnaround targets.
14. Prevent scope creep.
15. Work with TA Manager for the completion of appropriate Turnaround work
process tools.
16. Responsible for partnering with Procurement department to complete contractor
selection for work execution and to manage resources throughout all phases of
the turnaround.
17. Ensure all planning and execution works strictly comply with EHS&S guidelines,
regulatory and permit requirements.
18. Assure coverage of all technical, EHS&S, efficiency, timely aspects have been
considered and fully covered in the planning works output.
19. Splits up and integrates maintenance and construction packages into single
individual jobs.
20. Safeguards constructability and maintainability when developing plans.
21. Carries out field checks.222. Reviews work orders.
23. Use archived information and plans.
24. Works with TA Scheduler to ensure job plan steps are accurately incorporated
into schedules.
25. Performs any other job-related activities necessary or as requested by the
immediate Supervisor/TA Manager.Specific KnowledgeSkills:
