- Follow safety policies to provide a safe workplace for all employees and supports the guiding principles of Goal Zero to continually improve the plant's safety, health and environmental performance, security, design, development, manufacture, storage, marketing and distribution.
- Drive culture of safety; Report safety observations / incidents
- Supports and is committed to the Quality Improvement Process. Plans strategies to ensure error-free work by "doing it right the first time" and conveys this attitude in the daily performance of various duties, in our drive continuous improvement
- Execute the following operations:
- Manage general office administration.
- Process employees new work permits and annual renewals.
- Process new employees work visas applications.
- Update MOL with the monthly salary record.
- Issue employees residence permits and process annual renewals.
- Process new employees visa sponsorship transfer.
- Process travel re-entry permissions business trips and holidays.
- Process final exit permissions for leavers.
- Process Passports renewals update with Immigration
- Issue commercial visit visas for visitors.
- Process all required attestations from chamber of commerce
- Process all required attestations from Ministry of foreign affairs.
- Process work visit visas applications.
- SAGIA license, CR, Manufacturing, Modon license renewals.
- GOSI employees' enrolment / leavers and salaries updates
- Obtain monthly Saudization certificate
- Update Qiwa employees' contract.
- Process shipping document for exports/reexports.
- Any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training
- Min 5 to 10 years of experience in government relations and general office administration
- Preferred business administration degree or diploma.
- Fluent English and Arabic language, written and verbal
