- Responsible for the design quality and coordination of design between different design streams
- Manages compliance with masterplan, vision and engineering integration
- Manages Safety in Design
- Liaison with delivery teams, integration of designs
- Assist the Design Managers in developing NEOM architecture design style
- Managing the design by creative approach and aesthetic design
- Responsible to deliver various architectural design types: residential, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc.
- Strong ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and presentations
- Qualitative architectural design review, comment, and recommendation
- Draft comprehensive architectural sets from concept until detailed design documents
- Develop and review architectural asset briefs
- Prepare SoW, specifications, reports and related data tables.
- Take initiative to develop design manuals, standard design documents
- Technical detailing and construction administration experience
- Research on new technologies and trends
- Produce deliverables in accordance with NEOM standards and policies.
- Understanding of scope definition and scope interface and ability to transmit the same to others.
- Knowledge of international standards, policies, codes and procedures and ability to transmit the same to others.
- Full knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements,
- Knowledge of codes, regulations and submission requirements.
- Developed knowledge of Sustainable Design principles.

- Excellent ability in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite; Grasshopper, V-Ray, any other illustrative technologies

- Solid knowledge of products, materials, zoning / building codes and construction methods
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines on budget and on time
- A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative in response to direction from project managers, directors and partners
- A team player, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating
- 5+ years post undergraduate of outstanding architectural design and management experience, preferably with a tier 1 architectural or design firm
- Design experience in various architectural types: residential, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc.
- Prior experience within design management and design commissions for large infrastructure projects
- B.Arch or B.Sc, in Architecture from a recognized university
- International Accreditations preferred (RIBA, AIA, or equivalent)
- Sustainability Certification preferred (LEED, PQP, or equivalent)
