- Develop and implement strategies and plans to identify and pursue new accounts according to sales strategy in coordination with the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively identify needs, especially upcoming orders.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager and other departments, such as Proposals and Estimates, to develop effective strategies and solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners and attend industry events to promote the company's products and services.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager on sales performance, market trends, and account development activities.
- Coordinate with the Proposal & Estimate team to develop competitive bids and proposals for new accounts and projects.
- Ensure that clients receive Aftersales high-quality support and service after purchasing the company's products and services, being a reference person for client issues and coordinating with production to solve aftersales issues.
- Bachelors degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10+ years of experience in shipbuilding industry.
- Technical Certifications in the related field.
