We’ve got what you’re looking for.Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Planning & Controls Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to support in the tracking, updating, monitoring, and reporting on project control functions on a major Roads PMO program.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Collects, updates and maintains projects data.
  • Performs independent analysis, evaluations, and forecasts of current projects status against established baselines.
  • Supports with the development and management of the cost and scheduling control systems and EVM to provide project and Client management with accurate information.
  • Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
  • Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes.
  • Creates presentations and reports using graphs, diagrams, and other exhibits to illustrate projects status to all levels of the project and the Client.
  • Performs other functions associated with this position as appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of related work experience.
  • Proficient PC skills including a working knowledge of various Project Controls software, Primavera P6, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
