- Accountable for PMO and project controls performance across assigned projects or programs.
- Designs and implements effective PMO and project controls frameworks and strategies.
- Leads coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on all PMO matters.
- Acts as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in PMO and project controls.
- Oversees cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting processes to meet project objectives.
- Leads governance, performance reviews, and structured reporting cycles.
- Manages baseline development and delivery performance, including quantitative risk analysis.
- Ensures compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and legal regulations.
- Provides leadership, mentorship, and line management to junior PMO staff.
- Supports recruitment, fosters innovation, and contributes to carbon reduction goals.
- Middle East experience.
- Full life cycle, major project experience.
- Chartered (or equivalent) membership of relevant professional institution(s) management.
- Knowledge transfer & training experience.
