- Display initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret sales data and reports.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of direct sales management experience in an FMCG van sales environment in KSA, including a track record of managing big teams.
- Category expertise in ice cream is preferable.
- Experience managing teams in both modern and traditional trades.
- Possess good verbal and written English skills, have basic PC skills, and hold a valid driving license.
