We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Engineer to oversee and manage contractual aspects of projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with contractual terms, mitigate risks, and support project teams in contract administration across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate contractual documents, including EPC/EPCI, supply, and service agreements.
Ensure contractual compliance with client requirements, company policies, and legal standards.
Manage contractual correspondence and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Support project teams in claims management, variations, and dispute resolution.
Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, and deadlines.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams regarding contractual issues.
Maintain accurate contractual records and reports.
Assist in the preparation of contractual budgets and cost control measures.
Provide contractual advice and support during project execution and closeout.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of contractual laws, standards, and practices relevant to the industry.
Experience with international and local contracts, including FIDIC, NEC, or other standard forms.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret contractual documents and legal language.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite.
