• Certification in automotive body repair or equivalent trade experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in denting/painting/bodywork.
• Skilled in welding, sanding, and surface finishing.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and material handling.
• Familiarity with modern paint systems is a plus.
