- Review, investigate, and resolve potentially fraudulent transactions, account activities, or suspicious ticket transfers.
- Prepare detailed analyses and lists of events for ticket cancellations, user blocking, and fraud prevention actions.
- Identify, analyze, and report emerging fraud patterns, anomalies, or vulnerabilities to the Anti-Fraud Manager.
- Conduct manual reviews of system alerts and suspicious activity.
- Maintain accuracy, speed, and decision consistency within defined SLA and KPI targets.
- Prepare investigation reports, evidence summaries, and escalation documentation for management review.
- Participate in tool testing, fraud workflow optimization, and automation initiatives.
- Support the manager in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards, documentation protocols, and internal anti-fraud policies.
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards when handling sensitive user data and investigation materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk operations, or event ticketing operations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with fluency in English and Arabic.
