Job Category: All RolesJob Description:What you will doThe primary focus of a Pre-sales - Intern is to become an expert in a core set of Oracle products and solutions and to present the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to our partners, prospects and customers and internally to our sales force.As a Solution Engineering Intern you will be responsible for providing presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers via the internet, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
  • Present and articulate Oracle product's strengths, relative to competitors.
  • Participate in the design, validation, and presentation of Oracle software solutions.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Windows or NT. UNIX knowledge a plus.
  • Will provide supervision of manager or mentor.
Responsibilities:What you'll doAt the end of the internship you will:
  • Use analytical problem-solving skills to help customers understand their business problems.
  • Learn about Oracle solutions and help customers see how they can use them to solve their business problems.
  • Be prepared to work directly with customers and our sales teams on key selling activities, such as:
  • Performing proof of concepts with clients
  • Building repeatable solution demonstrations
  • Delivering hands-on workshops
  • Creating new industry-focused solution innovations
