Our Engineering Consulting Company is in urgent need of Electromechanical Supervisor or Electromechanical Technician for our Contracting projects on-going and coming soon projects in Riyadh specifically for a Housing Project.Job Description: Electromechanical Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems and equipment. They ensure operations comply with safety standards and project specifications, manage and mentor technicians, and coordinate with other departments. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems, and excellent problem-solving skills.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma with extensive experience.
7+ years in MEP supervision, preferably in large residential projects (GCC experience mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Saudi codes (SBC, SEC, NFPA, ASHRAE).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MEP coordination software.
Leadership, problem-solving, and fluent English/Arabic communication.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration (preferred).The Electromechanical Technician will support the installation, testing, and maintenance of electromechanical systems (HVAC, electrical wiring, pumps, control panels, fire alarms, etc.) in residential villas. The role ensures compliance with Saudi Building Codes (SBC), SEC standards, and project specifications.Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years experience in residential/commercial MEP installations (GCC experience preferred).
Knowledge of low-voltage systems (fire alarms, home automation, CCTV) is a plus.
Ability to read technical drawings, SLDs, and wiring diagrams.
