- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Support Product Owners in refining and maintaining a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring readiness for upcoming sprints.
- Provide transparency into progress, team health, and performance through regular reporting, metrics tracking, and effective stakeholder communication.
- Guide the Scrum/Kanban team through iterations, helping the team stay focused and actively removing impediments.
- Foster and support team self-organization and autonomy.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and sustainable team development, encouraging growth at both the team and individual levels.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by leading and implementing enhancements, evaluating impact, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and decision-making sessions to ensure timely feedback and adaptive planning.
- Emphasize incremental delivery and focus on value: align team goals with business priorities and facilitate the breakdown of large deliverables into smaller, value-driven increments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a software development environment.
- 4+ years of experience leading Agile teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodology
- Leading process improvement initiatives across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and defining success metrics for process enhancements.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence senior leadership and stakeholders, facilitate productive discussions, and present complex information in a clear, persuasive manner to drive decision-making and alignment.
- Support and execute a transformation roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira or Trello.
