We are seeking an experienced Welfare Manager with a strong background in worker welfare, accommodation management, and compliance with Saudi labor standards. The ideal candidate will oversee all welfare facilities, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and act as the primary liaison between workers and management. The role requires strong organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to manage welfare programs in line with Saudi labor law and international best practices.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure welfare facilities (toilets, rest shelters, drinking water, food services, medical services) comply with Saudi labor law and local regulations.
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene routines, ensuring compliance with minimum cleaning frequency standards.
Oversee worker accommodations and transportation between site and camp, ensuring safety and compliance.
Maintain detailed records of transportation compliance and vehicle hygiene.
Conduct worker engagement sessions and manage grievance procedures.
Maintain grievance logs and ensure they meet auditing requirements.
Submit monthly welfare audits and compliance reports to client representatives.
Ensure all welfare-related documentation is Aconex-compliant and available for review.
Coordinate with Safety, HR, and Camp Management teams to address welfare matters.
Act as the key point of contact between workers and management regarding welfare issues.
Develop and implement Welfare Management Plans and Accommodation Plans.Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in worker welfare, labor accommodation management, or related roles.
Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia is required.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws related to worker welfare.
Proficiency in English and Arabic; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is preferred.
Training or certification in occupational health and welfare management is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience using Aconex is required.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
