- Identify and engage with influencers aligned with the brand image and target audience.
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, from outreach to contract negotiation and execution.
- Conduct negotiations with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the legal team to draft and finalize contracts.
- Work closely with suppliers and partners to identify sponsorship opportunities.
- Negotiate and coordinate sponsorship deals, ensuring maximum value for both parties.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, suppliers, and sponsors.
- Serve as the main point of contact for influencers and sponsors, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive collaboration experience.
- Collaborate with suppliers to leverage additional resources, such as exclusive promotions, events, or content collaborations.
- Seek innovative ways to enhance collaborations and bring added value to both the company and partners.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer and sponsorship campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Preferred industry background in an agency setting.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, sponsorships, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare or related industries is a plus.
