- Assist HR department on various employment-related matters, including but not limited to compliance with labor laws, employee relations, discrimination, harassment, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct legal research on employment law issues and stay updated on changes in relevant legislation and case law.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, separation agreements, and other employment-related documents.
- Collaborate with HR professionals and management to resolve employee relations issues.
- Work closely with legal advisor when necessary.
- Support the HR department in all HR related topics
- Bachelor degree in legal /HR
- Strong communication skills
