About the RoleThe Procurement Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring procurement activities across major projects are executed efficiently, in compliance with regulatory standards, and aligned with design, construction, and strategic objectives. This evergreen requisition will build a talent pipeline for upcoming roles across the AMEP region.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister end-to-end procurement activities: PQQs, RFP/Tenders, evaluations, workshops, and awards.Maintain strong governance to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to scope.Support procurement team leaders and project managers in developing clear and accurate documentation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Provide assistance in team cohesion, knowledge sharing, and professional development.Actively contribute to the commercial success of projects through cost efficiencies and business development opportunities.What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in procurement administration within a project environment.Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.Knowledge of procurement processes, RFPs, tenders, and reporting.Strong MS Office skills and ability to work independently.QualificationsHigh school qualifications with business curriculum (essential).Project Management Fundamentals Certificate IV (desirable).Why Join Us?At Surbana Jurong Group, we deliver transformative projects across infrastructure, aviation, energy, and environment.
