Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities:CareConnect Office Operations;
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings to manage calendars and schedules.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Greet visitors answer incoming phone calls.
  • Support in organizing company events and conferences such as offsite meetings and events.
  • Order stationery and IT equipment for smooth function and operations
  • Deal with correspondence, complaints, and queries
  • Prepare professional letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Process invoices, expense claims submission and managing office budgets.
  • Maintain procedures and office administrative systems.
  • Support CareConnect leadership team with internal operations (vacation planning, prepare announcements, follow up with approvals etc.)
