- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Greet visitors answer incoming phone calls.
- Support in organizing company events and conferences such as offsite meetings and events.
- Order stationery and IT equipment for smooth function and operations
- Deal with correspondence, complaints, and queries
- Prepare professional letters, presentations, and reports.
- Process invoices, expense claims submission and managing office budgets.
- Maintain procedures and office administrative systems.
- Support CareConnect leadership team with internal operations (vacation planning, prepare announcements, follow up with approvals etc.)
