We are building a Microsoft Teams bot project for Saudi Cargo with phased deliverables. The initial focus (Phase 1) is a standalone lightweight Teams chatbot that handles common FAQs and document retrieval. Future phases will extend to secure HR API integrations and full workflow automation with AI-driven task execution.Immediate

Task (Phase 1):Develop a Teams bot that answers FAQs (e.g., business trip submissions)
Pull links and documents from SharePoint
Send simple chat notificationsFuture Phases:
Phase 2: Integrate SAP HR APIs for leave balance queries and leave requests
Phase 3: Enable autonomous workflow automation for complex operational tasks

Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft Teams bots using Power Virtual Agents, Copilot Studio, or equivalent low-code environments
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, Azure AD authentication, and Teams bot registratio
Experience with SharePoint integrations and REST APIs
Ability to build maintainable and modular bot solutions
Arabic language skills are a bonus but not required
