- Develop, own and manage marketing commercial plan and different themes as New Year, Ramadan, summer …etc., and manage the internal PMO for marketing ensuring all units are in sync and all initiatives are well tracked.
- Manage the company wide projects (Cross-functional projects) that require multiple units’ involvement and act as Marketing SPOC for companywide initiatives as VAT, CPR, TOS …etc.
- Oversee the automation of existing and periodical reports and develop management dashboards to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
- Develop the short term and long-term strategies and execution plans of the commercial transformation.
- Develop, and control the marketing general policy and processes and ensure the compliance
- Follow-up on and facilitate projects required for compliance to legal, regulatory, financial requirements
- Set the priorities for internal and external processes development and training needs for marketing department and commercial support. Approve processes development.
- Manage the support functions and act as the SPOC and interface of marketing with Internal Audit, HR, risk management, corporate PMO and other departments within mobily.
- Drive the selection process along with admin, technology and procurement for new technologies and systems to be implemented to support marketing initiatives.
- Manage all HR related activities as hiring, title changes, outsourcing and employee engagement.
- Develop and approve the commercial requirements in alignment with commercial stakeholders for all commercial Mega. projects
- Perform other duties as required by the executive management as needed.
- Strong experience and in-depth understanding of strategic and operational planning and project management, including budgeting and financial follow-up
- Strong mix of technical and commercial experience in the field of telecommunication or ICT.
- Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and managing direct reports performance.
- Set the department's goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to reporting sections, and guide their achievement.
- Contribute to the development of the sector's policies, procedures and processes through providing input as advised by the direct supervisor.
- Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities.
- Ensure the ongoing development of the department's employees, and assure the developmental activities of direct reports.
- Oversee the overall performance of direct reports and ensure KPI's are well communicated and monitored.
- Ensure effective identification, allocation and utilization of the division's resources.
