Basic Function:Lead, manage and oversee the activities and operations of the assigned Nursing departments by assuming 24-hour accountability; oversee clinical nursing performance and priority setting underpinned by the development of policy, procedures and guidelines.Education & Experience Requirements:Essential:
Registered Nurse with a current professional nursing license
Bachelor Degree (Western standard)
Masters Degree in Nursing/ Management from accredited institution (Western Standard)
Minimum ten (10) years clinical nursing experience which includes five (5) years of which in comparable managerial capacity
