[Please carefully read the requirements before sending your CV]Job Responsibilities:- Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems- Review technical drawings and ensure proper implementation- Assign daily tasks to MEP technicians and monitor work progress- Conduct inspections, testing (continuity, megger, functional), and commissioning- Handle panel dressing, cable termination, conduit/tray installation (PVC, EMT, RGC)- Coordinate with AV and Interior teams for integrated installations- Maintain safety and quality standards on site- Submit daily reports and ensure materials are available as per specsRequirements:- Minimum 12–15 years of MEP site supervision experience (interior & AV-integrated projects preferred)- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP Engineering- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office- Good understanding of ELV systems and basic AV coordination- Valid Saudi Driving License is required- Good command of English (Urdu, Hindi, or Arabic is a plus)- Transferable Iqama is mandatory- Candidate must be inside Saudi ArabiaTo Apply:
