Facilitator - Field Audit (OSP/Fiber)

• Facilitate accurate field-level validation of fiber and civil infrastructure based on audit requirements.
• Ensure real-time coordination between audit teams and site operations for efficient inspections.
• Verify physical presence, quality, and compliance of network elements on-site.
• Capture and report field data, discrepancies, and observations with clarity and precision.
• Support continuous improvement of network quality through hands-on audit facilitation.

• Facilitate and conduct on-site inspections of fiber and civil infrastructure based on audit requirements.
• Coordinate with office-based audit teams to validate physical presence, layout, and quality of network elements.
• Collect and document field evidence, including photos, GPS data, and compliance notes.
• Identify on-ground discrepancies and assist in resolving non-conformities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure all field activities adhere to safety standards and audit checklists.
• Provide timely and accurate daily field reports to the Audit Manager.
• Maintain a clear log of visited sites, findings, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in access arrangements and ensure readiness of sites for inspection.
• Utilize mobile tools and digital platforms for efficient field data capture and reporting.
• Support quality assurance initiatives by offering accurate, real-time insights from the field.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in field inspections, telecom infrastructure audits, or OSP supervision.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic networks, civil works, and outside plant (OSP) standards.
• Proficiency in using mobile audit/reporting tools, GPS devices, and basic surveying techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret fiber layout drawings, as-built documents, and civil diagrams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordination between teams.
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions across multiple sites.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
