- Own the end-to-end sales development process, from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify new business opportunities and hunt for new clients through cold calling, email outreach, digital networking, and referrals
- Lead re-engagement efforts for lapsed accounts, preparing customized win-back strategies
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to build pipeline and represent the NIQ brand
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure continuous and quality pipeline development
- Conduct impactful discovery calls and pitch meetings to articulate the value of NIQ solutions
- Tailor proposals that address client pain points using NIQ's retail measurement and analytics platforms
- Actively manage the sales funnel, ensuring accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking
- Support in closing deals by driving urgency, reinforcing value, and influencing key decision-makers
- Maintain a pulse on market trends, competitive activities, and emerging client needs
- Build long-term relationships that go beyond sales - become a trusted advisor
- Serve as a visible brand ambassador of NIQ within the Saudi SMB ecosystem
- 2-4 years of proven success in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Consultative Selling
- Prior experience in FMCG, Market Research, Data & Analytics, or SaaS is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills (English & Arabic), with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to own the full sales cycle - lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Commercial mindset with a passion for growth, learning, and making things happen
- Knowledge of NielsenIQ's solutions is a plus, but not mandatory
