Consultant ENT - Allocation Assist Middle East - Saudi Arabia

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and accurately diagnose ear, nose, and throat disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic investigations
• Perform ENT surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and related interventions in line with best medical practices
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, medical equipment, and surgical technologies to deliver high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with radiologists, pathologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment strategies
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, recovery plans, and preventive measures
• Supervise, mentor, and train residents, interns, and junior medical staff
• Participate in continuous professional development activities, conferences, and clinical audits
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Adhere strictly to hospital safety standards, infection control policies, and ethical medical guidelines

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Otolaryngology
• Minimum 5 years of experience working at Consultant level in ENT
• Western education or training background is mandatory
• Strong surgical expertise and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is preferred
