- Lead and manage the design process for landscape and public realm projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and various stakeholders to develop integrated and functional landscape designs.
- Create and present innovative design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, prioritizing both aesthetics and practicality.
- Conduct design reviews and manage feedback from project teams and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and vision are maintained.
- Evaluate and approve design submissions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, making necessary adjustments to achieve design goals effectively.
- Stay abreast of trends in landscape architecture, sustainability practices, and new technologies to incorporate into designs.
- Mentor junior landscape designers and interns, promoting a culture of creativity and inspiration within the team.
- Foster relationships with contractors, suppliers, and external consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of relevant experience in landscape design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating completed public realm projects.
- Proficiency in landscape design software and tools, as well as graphic presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices and principles.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, capable of engaging with diverse groups and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing design projects from concept through to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging outdoor spaces.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
