Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and skilled Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, a thorough knowledge of electrical systems, and a commitment to safety standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical codes.Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and panels.Diagnose malfunctioning systems using tools and testing equipment.Ensure electrical systems comply with local and national electrical codes.Connect wiring to lighting fixtures, power equipment, and control systems.Install conduit, switches, relays, and other electrical components.Test electrical systems for safety, continuity, and compatibility.Provide preventative maintenance and repair services.Maintain records of work performed and materials used.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Completion of a formal apprenticeship or technical training program.Valid electrician license (Journeyman, Master, or equivalent, depending on location).Proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.Strong understanding of electrical theory and electrical safety regulations.Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Preferred Certifications:State or provincial electrician licenseOSHA 10/30 certificationNFPA 70E (Electrical Safety)First Aid/CPRWorking Conditions:Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.May involve working in confined spaces or at heights.Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety standards.Requires physical stamina and strength to lift and move equipment or materials.Apply at :
