
HR & Performance Monitoring Specialist

- Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Saudi managers across all regions.
- Collect, analyze, and report performance data on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to review and improve action plans.
- Identify gaps and areas of improvement and provide recommendations for individual or group performance enhancement.
- Maintain dashboards and performance systems to ensure real-time visibility of performance metrics.
- Support in talent development initiatives to strengthen Saudi leadership pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with Saudization goals and national workforce strategies.
- Facilitate periodic performance review meetings and follow-up sessions with Saudi managers.
- Assist in training coordination, mentoring initiatives, and succession planning for Saudi nationals.
- Provide bilingual (Arabic & English) communication support where required for reporting or correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or performance monitoring roles
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and HR best practices
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a multinational or diverse work environment is a plus
