- Develop and execute a sponsorship strategy tailored to GCC markets.
- Design high-value sponsorship packages (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Custom) aligned with CSR, ESG, and Vision 2030 initiatives.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential sponsors in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with ministries, sovereign funds, foundations, and major corporations across the GCC.
- Negotiate multi-year sponsorship agreements to support national competitions and the global finals.
- Position sponsors as global champions of education, STEM, innovation, and youth empowerment.
- Ensure all sponsor deliverables are achieved, including branding, recognition, and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to maximize sponsor visibility nationally and globally.
- Deliver on annual sponsorship revenue targets (e.g., $1.5M+ annually through platinum sponsorships in GCC).
- Track sponsorship pipeline, commitments, and renewals.
- Provide sponsors with ROI reports, impact data, and success stories to ensure renewal and long-term support.
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, fundraising, or strategic partnerships in the GCC.
- Strong network within Saudi Arabia and GCC foundations, government agencies, and corporations.
- Deep understanding of Vision 2030 and GCC national agendas, especially in education, youth, and innovation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to design compelling sponsorship proposals, ROI reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic highly preferred.
