Qualifications "Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
CSD Live Substation Approval
C1 Certification (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of IEC standards, grid codes, and utility protection practices
Proficient in relay configuration software and fault analysis tools "
Experience "Minimum 8 years in protection engineering, with proven expertise in Micom and ABB relay systems

Key Responsibilities "Configure, test, and commission Micom and ABB protection relays for transmission and distribution systems
Perform fault analysis, relay coordination, and protection scheme validation
Ensure compliance with CSD live substation protocols and safety procedures
Prepare and review technical documentation including ITPs, QCPs, and method statements"
Requirement "Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
