Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Senior Project ManagerThis role requires a proven track record in managing complex, mission-critical infrastructure projects from inception through commissioning, with specific expertise in data centre environments and their unique technical requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of greenfield data centre projects from design development through construction completion and commissioningManage all aspects of project execution including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk managementServe as the primary client interface and single point of accountability for project successCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultantsProvide expert oversight of critical technical systems including high-density power distribution and redundant electrical infrastructureManage stormwater management systems and site drainage solutions to ensure environmental and regulatory complianceCoordinate integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems with data centre operational requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, contractors, regulatory authorities, and stakeholdersLead project meetings, prepare comprehensive progress reports, and communicate project status to senior leadershipIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycleImplement quality assurance protocols to ensure construction meets data centre industry standardsEnsure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practicesRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 8-10 years of project management experience in commercial constructionAt least 5 years specifically managing data centre projectsDemonstrated success delivering greenfield data centre facilities from site development through operational readinessDeep understanding of data centre design principles, infrastructure requirements, and operational considerationsExpertise in managing stormwater management and site drainage systems for large-scale developmentsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and redundancy requirements for mission-critical facilitiesFamiliarity with AI industry requirements including high-density computing infrastructure and enhanced cooling systemsProven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $50MStrong leadership capabilities with ability to manage large, diverse project teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsStrategic problem-solving ability with focus on practical, cost-effective solutionsProficiency in project management software including MS Project, Primavera P6, and construction management platformsStrong commercial acumen with understanding of contract administration and change management processesAcademic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (required)PMP certificationLEED AP or similar sustainability credential (advantageous)Location:On-site –Riyadh, SAUIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
