JASARA PMC, a leading engineering and project management company, is seeking a Senior Site Engineer with a specialization in civil engineering to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Site Engineer at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Responsibilities

Oversee and manage civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
Monitor construction activities to ensure they are performed according to project schedules and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and correspondence related to the projects.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction and project management.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and codes/regulations.
Proficiency in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD and MS Office suite.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Professional certifications in civil engineering or related fields are desirable.
