Job Description:AlBorg Diagnostics is on the lookout for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling of medical supplies and equipment. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse processes, and leading a team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless supply chain operations in the healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations in receiving, storing, and distributing products.
Manage inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and coordinating stock replenishments.
Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
Implement safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a compliant and secure working environment.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain effectiveness.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory movements and prepare reports for management.
Address and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues with suppliers and internal departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.
2-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and supply chain processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to warehouse operations.
