• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on operational technology security.
• Strong understanding of OT environments, including industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA.
• Proven experience in risk management, security assessment, and incident response for OT systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443) related to OT security.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to varied audiences effectively.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., GICSP, CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
