- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with department managers.
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
- Ensure onboarding documentation is complete before start date.
- Prepare and renew employment contracts.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Issue official HR letters and warnings when required.
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle all processes related to:
- Qiwa
- GOSI
- Muqeem
- Mudad
- Absher Business
- Manage Iqama renewals, transfers, and related procedures.
- Ensure full legal compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
- Prepare monthly payroll data.
- Calculate allowances, deductions, and final settlements.
- Coordinate with accounting for salary processing.
- Manage medical insurance enrollment and renewals.
- Support branch managers with HR-related needs.
- Follow up on employee discipline and compliance.
- Ensure smooth administrative operations across branches.
The ideal candidate is proactive, disciplined, and comfortable handling multiple operational HR responsibilities daily.RequirementsRequirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on HR operational experience.
- Strong experience with Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).
- Experience in companies under 100 employees preferred.
- Strong organizational and execution skills.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Able to work independently and take ownership.
