Operation Engineer - Facility Management (Saudi Arabia)

- Manage daily operations of facility management services, including maintenance, inspections, and repairs of all building systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely maintenance and repair activities.
- Monitor facility performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular assessments of facility conditions and services.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and monitor expenses.
- Direct supervision of all MEP equipment operation in the Primary Nursery (Motor Control Centers “MCC”, Pumps, Variable Frequency Drives, Fans, Instrumentations, emergency generators, AHUs, Chillers).
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferably Electrical, Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering. or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management or facility operations .
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and maintenance practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Problems Solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
- Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate with others to provide effective solutions.
