Establish project milestones, critical paths, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress, identify delays, and analyze schedule impacts.
Provide proactive schedule updates and reports to stakeholders.
Coordinate with project teams to gather progress data and update schedules accordingly.
Identify potential schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Support change management processes by assessing schedule impacts of scope changes.
Conduct schedule risk analysis and simulation.
Facilitate schedule review meetings and ensure timely communication of schedule status.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements related to project scheduling.
Assist in resource planning and allocation.
Support earned value management (EVM) and project performance analysis.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning software.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
Experience with large-scale, complex projects.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
