We are hiring an experienced Business Development & Procurement Engineer to join our team. The right candidate will have strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market, proven ability to identify business opportunities, source competitive supplier quotations, and prepare accurate tender/RFQ submissions.Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities, tenders, and RFQs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best market rates.
Prepare and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals.
Support management with vendor registrations and business planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
Overall experience: 5–8 years.
Saudi Arabia experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement, tendering, and business development.
Strong supplier and subcontractor network across KSA.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory).
Transferable Iqama (mandatory).
