Monitor project progress, update schedules, and identify potential delays or issues proactively.
Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts within the ERP system.
Track actual project costs against budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Generate regular reports on project status, cost performance, and schedule adherence for management review.
Support project teams in change management, scope control, and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding planning and cost control.
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics ERP to streamline project planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Assist in the preparation of tender and contractual documentation related to project planning and cost control.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and cost control in construction or engineering projects.
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (specifically for project management and financial control).
Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost estimation, and financial management.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and project management tools.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
