Position OverviewThe Interior Designer is responsible for developing functional, aesthetically compelling interior spaces based on client needs and design standards. This includes concept development, space planning, FF&E selection, 2D/3D visualization, client presentations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Concept Development

Create mood boards and concept presentations based on project style and client preferences
Conduct effective space planning for both functionality and aesthetics

Technical Design & Visualization

Produce 2D/3D visuals using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
Prepare layout sheets, item files, and confirmation boards

FF&E Selection & Procurement Support

Source furniture, finishes, fabrics, and accessories aligned with design direction
Prepare and update BOQs and order sheets with accurate specifications

Client Interaction & Presentation

Attend meetings and present design concepts professionally
Incorporate client feedback efficiently and ensure design alignment

Project Coordination & Execution

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and site teams for delivery and installation
Conduct site visits and supervise implementation to ensure design integrity
Prepare and distribute installation documentation

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
2–5 years of experience, ideally in luxury residential or commercial design
Portfolio showcasing mood boards, 2D/3D layouts, and completed projects
