- Lead the design and engineering of cross-country pipelines (oil, gas, water) from conceptual to detailed engineering stages.
- Manage the preparation and review of Pipeline Design Basis, Alignment Sheets, Route Selection, Hot Tap packages and Stress Analysis.
- Lead the preparation and review of material specifications, pipeline MTOs, and technical procurement documents (MR, TBE, TBC, NMR review, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES, SAEP, SAMSS, etc.), ASME, API, and other international codes and standards.
- Oversee field pipeline activities including construction support, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams: Process, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and project management.
- Resolve technical issues during both the design and field execution phases.
- Lead the development and checking of Piping and Pipeline Layouts, Isometrics, and Construction Drawings.
- Engage in technical discussions with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and design teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of experience, primarily in cross-country pipeline projects.
- Hands-on experience in both field execution and detailed design.
- Experience on Saudi Aramco projects is mandatory.
- Proficiency in pipeline engineering software such as CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, Bentley OpenPlant, AutoCAD, and GIS tools.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline construction practices, welding, coatings, hydrotesting, and cathodic protection.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Aramco-approved Lead Pipeline Engineer (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in pipeline integrity assessment, risk assessment, and route optimization.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
- SEC( Saudi Engineering Consul Registration)
