- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Manage office supplies and resources, ensuring the executive office is well-equipped.
- Provide administrative support for board meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members within the executive office.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
