The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage a variety of tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the CEO in various administrative functions, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making processes. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: * Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinate special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage office supplies and resources, ensuring the executive office is well-equipped.
  • Provide administrative support for board meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members within the executive office.
Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
