Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
Assist in the development of the organization's strategic plan, including defining goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Gather and analyze data from internal and external sources to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility and impact of strategic initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic projects and initiatives, identifying risks and recommending adjustments as needed.
Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends that may affect the organization's strategic direction.
