- Act as a financial advisor to various departments, delivering expert insights to inform business strategies and operational decisions.
- Prepare, analyze, and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets align with organizational goals.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Build and maintain financial models to support project evaluations and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and reporting mechanisms.
- Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Drive financial literacy and understanding throughout the organization by engaging with non-financial stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong emphasis on business partnering and financial analysis.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial modeling techniques and advanced Excel functionalities.
- Familiarity with financial management software and ERP systems is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
