We are looking for an experienced Assistant Driller who is familiar with 450HP mechanical drilling rigs to support our drilling operations. The candidate will assist the Driller in daily rig activities, supervise mud pump management, and ensure safe and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the daily management of the mud pump.Master the performance and operation of drilling equipment.Assist the Driller with brake handle operation during drilling.Understand mud performance and assist in mud treatment.Support in ensuring smooth drilling operations and crew safety.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 8+ years of relevant drilling experience (water well drilling in KSA is highly preferred).Technical Skills:Familiarity with 450HP mechanical drilling rigs.Strong knowledge of mud systems and equipment operations.Language: Ability to communicate in basic English for work coordination and safety compliance.Work Schedule & Contract:Shift: 12 hours per day, 30 days per month (full rotation, no scheduled off days).Contract: 1 year (renewable).Leave: 1 month annual leave (negotiable).Preferred Candidates:Candidates with proven water well drilling experience in Saudi Arabia.Candidates already residing in KSA with valid work documents will be prioritized.
