- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people leadership and people development agilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on approach to managing sales, retail operations, and e-business.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
