ERP Manager

• Manage, maintain, and enhance the ERP system to support business operations efficiently.
• Lead ERP implementation projects, including system upgrades, module deployments, and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and process improvements.
• Oversee ERP integrations with other business applications and third-party systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy within the ERP environment.
• Develop and deliver ERP training to end-users, ensuring system adoption and effective utilization.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate support tickets, enhancements, and licensing.
• Develop and maintain documentation of ERP processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
• Monitor ERP-related KPIs and prepare regular status and performance reports for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ERP systems mainly Oracle Cloud.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, support, and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, and operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Good knowledge of data management and system integrations.
• Effective communication and training skills.

• Certification in relevant ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Dynamics).
• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and business intelligence integrations.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of ERP analysts or consultants.
