Fit Out Business Development Manager - KSA

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the KSA fit-out/interiors sector
  • Strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven ability to win high-value contracts and grow market share
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Based in KSA or willing to relocate immediately
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, commercial, and entertainment sectors
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with strategic goals
  • Lead the full BD lifecycle – from market research, client outreach, and relationship management to proposal/tender submissions
  • Collaborate with estimating, design, and project teams to develop compelling, competitive offers
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to represent the brand
  • Monitor KSA market trends and competitor activity to shape sales strategies
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs to leadership
