
Fit Out Business Development Manager - KSA

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the KSA fit-out/interiors sector
- Strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors in Saudi Arabia
- Proven ability to win high-value contracts and grow market share
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Based in KSA or willing to relocate immediately
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, commercial, and entertainment sectors
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with strategic goals
- Lead the full BD lifecycle – from market research, client outreach, and relationship management to proposal/tender submissions
- Collaborate with estimating, design, and project teams to develop compelling, competitive offers
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to represent the brand
- Monitor KSA market trends and competitor activity to shape sales strategies
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs to leadership
