We’re building a bilingual AI platform to help people discover fulfilling careers. With the MVP launched, we’re seeking a Product Manager to drive product decisions, coordinate feature rollout, and streamline coach operations — as a part-time but strategic partner.Responsibilities

Improve assessment user experience based on feedback and behavior analytics
Oversee coach onboarding and ensure operational readiness of the marketplace
Prioritize features and align product roadmap with the technical cofounder
Support platform operations and internal workflows

Benefits

Equity: 1.5–2.5%
Bonus Equity: Up to 0.5% for delivering key milestones (e.g., product releases, NPS targets)
